Patricia L. Christian is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nursing and a doctorate in educational administration. She taught psychiatric nursing at the Medical College of Georgia and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Christian has twenty-six years’ experience working with adult and child / adolescent psychiatric in-patients. She wrote The Perfect Christmas thinking of the many children she’s met who feel their appearances make them different or less than perfect.
